Kenya Regiment Rifle Club
The Kenya Regiment Rifle Club was founded in 1952 and has been instrumental in the development of shooting as a sport in Kenya. This facility, located at the Lang'ata Sailing Club, has an indoor shooting range with various types of firearms for participants to use. It's a great place to learn how to aim and shoot in Nairobi, and all you need is your ID or passport.
The prices vary, particularly the entrance fee, which is 500 ksh if you are a student with a valid ID and 1000 ksh otherwise. You then purchase a packet of 50 bullets for 2000ksh, followed by an additional 300ksh for protective gear. This fee is applicable to revolvers. There is also someone to supervise you & taking photos or videos is not allowed on the premises. The 9mm pistol will be more expensive because it must be rented, whereas the revolver is available and does not require renting.
