Kapsimotwa Gardens
Kapsimotwa Gardens, in the Nandi Hills, about 60 kilometers from Eldoret, is a great place to rest, unwind, sightsee, and host picnics in Nandi county. The gardens are nestled in a densely forested location mostly surrounded by tea estates and boast expansive, well-kept lawns. The Kapsimotwa house, which has vast rooms and large windows with views of the hills, is surrounded by a garden. It was erected in the early 1950s by a white farmer. Dams with ducks and geese swimming in them, as well as a profusion of vivid seasonal flowers surrounding the dam, are just a few meters away on the way down to the authorized picnic area by the pools.
