Discover the Second-oldest humanoid fossils at Kipsaraman Museum 1

Situated on the edge of the western wall of the Baringo Valley, Kipsaraman offers an unforgettable vista of Lake Baringo, the Laikipia Escarpment and an expanse of alluvial plains and volcanic cones that disappear into the blue haze of the northern horizon. The Museum is home to the “the Millennium Man”, the second-oldest humanoid fossils ever found estimated at 6 million years old. The building to which the fossils are hosted was transported from Nairobi and erected at Kipsaraman, 32 km north of Kabarnet.
